Monica Abbud

The Strategist & Planner

Monica is a Colorado native who’s been drawing floor plans since 3rd grade and took interior design in school. After 7+ years working in a property management office with event planning and marketing while landlording her own condo, she started her own successful brand & marketing consulting company in 2017.
She specifically works with short term and multifamily real estate investors, but is excited to apply her expertise and experience to vacation rentals now.

Esteban Abbud

The Inspector & Team Manager

Esteban moved here from Mexico with his family in 2009. After getting his Bachelors in economics from CU, he managed work teams for remote ranches in eastern Colorado.

Esteban is great at coordinating, training and maintaining a high quality service of multiple teams for properties. He will be your eyes and ears, diligently inspecting and watching over your property as he does his own properties.
